Questions

- Read the reason on screen and look at the pack. The app gives information; the decision is yours.
- Does it work offline?
- Yes. Scans are checked on the phone and synced when you are back online.
- Does VeriVet say a pack is genuine?
- No. It says whether a pack matches a registered product, is in date and is not recalled. It cannot prove that a pack is genuine.
